TERMS OF SERVICES

I take commissions as frequently as I can, as it helps me finance my medical bills and save money for later in life. My price can be negociated within reasons, but it doesn't mean I'll work for free. To see a sample of my art work, please check my portfolio. My prices and terms of services are avialable bellow, please read them before commissionning me.
I'm the most comfortable with character illustrations, of all sorts of gender presentation, body type, aesthetics, and more. I can draw furries and animals too. I do struggle with enviroments and backgrounds, but I can still provide that type of art work, it would just take more time.
UPDATE : Now that I have a job outside of commissions, each commissions will take more time to process and finish. Keep that in mind before commissionning me or request frequent updates.
Disclaimer :
- While I tolerate text-based descriptions, if it's the only thing I can work with, I might increase the price for extra sketches and trials. To avoid that fee, you should use a character creator (kisekae-type) game to share a visual representation of your character(s). Picrew.me is a good platform, since there's lots of different art styles and subjects (furries, mecha, animals, etc).
- I make frequent updates as I work on the commission, and ask for your approval inbetween each steps and every time I make a change. I will wait until you give me your clear approval before going any further.
- I may accept to work over a short deadline, but I will add an extra fee.
- The payement will process as such : half of the price will be sent before I start the sketch, and the rest will be sent after I got your approval of the sketch. I won't finish the artwork before payement.
RULES ON HOW YOU CAN USE, REUSE, MODIFY AND/OR SHARE THE COMMISSIONED PIECE
Things I'm okay with :
- Using the commission as a reference for other artists
- Using the commission as a reference for yourself
- Tracing over the commission that was purchased by you
- Using the commission as a profile pic or in a banner
- Using it to create your own custom items (phone cases, on a mug, on a print, etc)
- Editing it (with credits)
- Alter my art style within some boundaries
- Working for minors (no explicit content)
Things I'm NOT okay with :
- Reposting the commission without credit
- Tracing over commissions purchased by other people
- Sell the commission (the drawing itself or on merch)
- Using any of my creations in any blockchain-related technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, etc) or train AI image generators
- Making a base (both p2u and f2u) with any of my creations
- Forcing a deadline sooner than 2 weeks without any justificiation
- Sending pornographic pictures of any real human being or 3D models (drawn references are fine if I given my explicit consent before sending it)
ART SUBJECTS WITHIN THE COMMISSIONED PIECE
What I am willing to draw :
- Characters from medias
- Original/Fan characters
- SFW Shippings (adult x adult, or minors within the same age group)
- Gore
- Furries
- Animals
- Lewd (+20% fee)
- Fetish art (Note : I might refuse drawing your fetish art if it makes me uncomfortable. No kink shame but I don't wanna produce art work that makes me too uncomfortable to finish proprely) (+30% fee).
What I'm NOT willing to draw :
- Pornography
- Hate speech or propaganda
- Aged up characters for the sake of lewd/nsfw art
- Copies of other artist's styles
- Real people who did not consent to it (that includes content creators) ((especially for lewd art))
- Insects (I'm Entomophobic)
